Currently we have 4 Local Postal Boxes open and available to post. They are-
Celebration Station ๐ Victoria Road, New Brighton
The Art of Flowers ๐ Seaview Road, Wallasey
The Chocolate Cellar ๐ซ New Chester Road, New Ferry
J&K Cards and Gifts๐, Pensby Road, Pensby
We have a lot of people asking where do you get the stamps, so hereโs a quick guide to how the Local Postal Boxes work.
Take your mail to your nearest host.
Pay for your postage in the shop.
The host then puts your post in the box.
Local Postal Solutions then collect the post and apply a stamp.
Your post is taken away and enters our local mail network.
Post delivered.
The main thing to note is our mail box is not accessible for you to physically post your mail. The host posts your mail after you have paid. This is why a stamp is not necessary. We apply an ink stamp when we collect the mail so we know which shop the mail has come from. Please get your Christmas post in as early as possible to allow us time to guarantee itโs delivery before Christmas. The cut off date for Christmas cards is the 18th December any Christmas cards posted after this time may not get there in time as we are expecting to be extremely busy.
More amazing news, the Local Postal Boxes will be staying in our amazing local business locations throughout the year. We will continue to donate to Wirral charities as long as you keep supporting us and the local businesses who are kindly hosting our boxes. Add the Facebook group Local Postal Solutions to keep up to date with any offers that will be appearing throughout the year.
On another note, you may have noticed less blogs being written, itโs simply down to a lack of time. The last 3 months has just seen our amazing adventure sky rocket thanks to the love and support of our amazing clients. I will try and get a couple of blogs up in December. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for supporting Local Postal Solutions and helping me realise a dream, and I apologise in advance if my visits become increasingly fleeting during the festive period. Normal service will resume in the New Year when I will have time to rant about local issues, the weather and explain why Iโm still in shorts ๐
